The GreenRooms staff arrived precisely on time for the appointed day.  Sam and his colleague had a pleasant and co-operative manner, which always helps making things go smoothly on a contract. They had equipment and the expertise to trim our tree, to ensure its overgrown branches would not be a problem for some time to come. It might be helpful, going forward, if the customer were asked to have a simple sketch/plan or a marked-up photo ready before the day of the job, to show the contractor what the aim of a job is, rather than just explaining the aim or the plan in words.

I am very happy to give Sam and his colleague the highest praise and recommendation following the work they carried out in my garden last Friday.  A very tall tree had fallen over in the recent storm.  They cut it down and then chopped it up into reasonably sized logs which they stored neatly in my garage. During their work they attracted the attention of two neighbours on the road who were both fulsome in their praise of them.
